FormTight has a Thick Gauge operation that specializes in producing heavy gauge plastic components for a variety of industrial thermoforming applications and OEM parts.

Whether your project requires ABS, HDPE, or PETG, our Thick Gauge operators have years of experience that allow them to execute the parts to perfection. We accompany most of our OEM projects with the use of our 5-Axis Router to provide that extra level of detail. Once the 5-Axis Router has been programmed, future part repeatablilty is ensured.
