Blisters are thermoformed containers typically sealed onto a backing card, and because of the relatively small amount of material required, they represent one of the more economical packaging formats available for commercial product lines.

Most blister programs run in PVC, though we support additional options when clarity, strength, or sustainability goals call for alternate plastics, such as RPET. Internal capabilities include forming, trimming, and tooling, which allow your program to move forward without delays caused by outside vendors.
