Founded in 1992, FormTight is a custom plastic thermoforming company headquartered in Denver, CO. With over 30 years of experience, we specialize in both thin and thick gauge thermoforming for the food, medical, industrial, and retail industries.
From consultation and design to prototyping, mold manufacturing, and full production, every stage of the process is handled in-house, giving us control over quality, lead times, and final results.
Our capabilities include prototyping, mold manufacturing, and 5-axis CNC routing, allowing us to operate efficiently without compromising quality. We work with a wide range of materials and part geometries, and are well-equipped to handle complex designs. Whether you need high-volume thin gauge packaging or durable thick gauge components, we have the equipment and expertise to deliver.

Sustainability in Thermoformed Packaging
Sustainability is a core focus at FormTight. To reduce our environmental impact, we process all scrap material through our in-house grinding operation. The scrap is then ground into flake, packaged, and sent to our suppliers for reuse. This process helps us close the loop on waste and contribute to a more sustainable cycle.
