5 Axis Routing Plastic Thermoforming

As a custom manufacturing facility, we understand the importance of meeting the required expectations and repeatability of a trimmed thermoformed part. We offer two 5 axis CNC Routers with dual heads capable of trimming plastics parts up to 60”x 120”x 32.” Our CNC routers can drill, interpolate any size hole, perimeter cut, and remove internal shape. It’s an ideal solution for high tolerance thermoformed parts, once programmed repeatability is a non-issue.
