Thin gauge - We have produced many difficult pieces in our thin gauge area that other thermoformers couldn't do. We commonly incorporate stripper plates to help parts eject without damage, and plug assists that are pneumatically activated to achieved thickness in bad ratio areas.  We can die cut “close tolerance” parts when needed, or fabricate thin gauge parts afterwards on a match metal punch or band saw operation. 

Thick gauge - We applied our thin gauge thinking to our thick gauge production, this helps keep your high volume thick parts affordable. We have a five axis CNC router for close tolerance fabrication and do forming, fabrication, assembly, and packaging for customers who desire a complete and finished product. We regularly thermoform Thermoplastic Urethane or TPU. Post-forming we have the equipment to RF weld the pieces using the same aluminum molds that we formed on.
