We use FDA-certified medical grade HIPS, PETG, PET, ABS, and PP to produce medical packaging.  These materials are certified by FormTight and our vendors to meet your specifications. A lot of our customer's packaging is filled, sterilized, and then forwarded to hospitals, clinics, physicians' offices, and operating rooms around the country.

We pride ourselves on keeping our manufacturing floor clean and we are audited annually by our customers to meet their standards of bio-burden and cleanliness. In addition to producing packaging that meets the highest standards in the medical field, we can make packaging that is used for shipping and requires FDA materials.

FormTight takes you from prototyping to production in approximately four to six weeks. Prototypes normally take about 1½ weeks from the time you approve the design. Once approved, we require four weeks to tool up, have the raw material produced and begin production.
