Home > Products > Electronic PackagingFormTight, Inc. manufactures transport trays, kitting trays, dunnage trays and clamshells for transporting from process to process for the electronic industry.  These products are normally produced from ESD (electro static discharge) material or an Anti-Static material.  The materials commonly used are PETG, PVS and Polyethylene.  The materials can be coated with a topical coating or have an internal ingredient added to make them ESD or Anti-Static. We know how important it is to our customer to keep particulates out and off of the packaging.  We go to great lengths to provide you with "clean" packaging with these ESD and Anti-Static properties to keep your valuable products safe.  Whether your need is for a disposable dunnage tray, long use tray, kitting tray, or clamshell, we can offer you our experience in design and provide you with a comprehensive selection of materials to get your job done.  If specialized material is not required, we can also design any of the above using "low tech" materials.

FormTight can also design and manufacture trays, clamshells, and tri-fold packaging to get your product to the retail marketplace.  These packages are typically made from clear materials such as PVC and RPET and are normally held together with "snaps".  They can also be RF or sonically welded together to help prevent loss at the retailer.

FormTight can build custom packaging to your specifications or assist you in designing one to fit your needs.  We pride ourselves on being able to meet the specific needs of each customer.  We take you from prototyping to production in approximately four to six weeks.  Prototypes normally take about a week and a half from the time we identify your need.  Once approval has been given, we require four weeks to tool up, get the raw materials produced and begin production.
