PVC Plastic Packaging

PVC blister packaging (Polyvinyl Chloride) has a stable physical property including a high level of chemical resistance, weatherability, and flow characteristics. PVC also has the property of being self-extinguishing for applications where flammability is a concern.

PVC thermoformed plastic packaging is an excellent option for a package that needs to have high impact strength while having a crisp, clear appearance. This is commonly a necessity for retail clamshells and blisters. Additionally, PVC is ideal for blister packaging due to its ability to be heat sealed or RF welded. Custom colors as well as both thin and thick gauge options available.
